Union Cycle Works launch party
As a member of the Union cycle works co-op I had the great pleasure of cooking for a hundred odd cycle fanatics on Friday night. Home made ketchup was a success.

Ride along the river
Took a nice ride along the Thames with Ross, from Tower bridge to the Thames barrier.
Then finished up at the new cycle cafe 'Look mum no hands'
Amazing what you can still discover about a city you have lived in for almost 10 years.

Back on the bike
After spell away from the blog (stolen bike=broken heart=no blogging), i'm back and going on my first ride in ages with my new bike. Hopefully have some pics tomorrow.
